What is the Harley Owner's Group?
The Harley Owner's Group is a FAMILY ORIENTED, Manufacturer sponsored, group of motorcycle enthusiasts dedicated to the promotion of the safe enjoyment of this rapidly growing sport. Many Harley-Davidson dealers throughout the world sponsor local Chapters of this international organization.
Each Chapter operates somewhat autonomously with local rides, activities, social functions and charitable fund raising activities throughout the year.
Many of our members also take part in Canadian Regional, National and International rallies throughout North America and overseas.
The East Valley Chapter is sponsored by Chester's Harley-Davidson and is one of most active chapters in the area.
Some of the local charitable organizations that the East Valley Chapter members have chosen to support are: Child Crisis Center- East Valley, Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley, Salvation Army, and Society of St.Vincent de Paul.
Membership in the East Valley Chapter is open to any registered owner of a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle who holds current membership in the International Harley Owner's Group. Associate memberships are available for family and friends.

Why Do They Ride?
Contrary to the adage that "If you have to ask, you wouldn't understand" it is probably better to say "If you haven't experienced the freedom, exhilaration and the pure joy of being at one with a motorcycle on an open road you have denied yourself one of life's greatest pleasures." It's a lot of fun.
