"There are not enough words to express how happy I am with Chesters and my new bike. I have never ridden a motorcycle before in my life but always wanted to. My husband is an avid rider and bought his Ultra Limited from Chesters back in August. In one of my trips with him to Chesters I saw my dream bike. A white pearl Softail Classic. That was it, I was hooked and determined to learn to ride as I wanted that bike. My husband is about to deploy overseas and told me he would buy it for me when he returned. Roger (jokingly) told me to come see him once my husband left. Well I could not wait that long. Now we live 2 hours away (south of Tucson). So the weekend of October 15th we made the call up to Chesters and talked to Rick and Roger. Got the deal all set up and scheduled to put new pipes and airbox on. The following weekend we drove up to Chesters to sign the paper work. They had my new baby all ready for me and I could not stop smiling. The following weekend I took the riding class down in my area and started riding my new bike. These folks are the best!!! They have called and checked on me, to make sure I was happy and practicing on riding. I hope to get secure enough to ride up there soon and show them. My husband has bought a lot of bikes over the years and no where has anyone treated us like family until we met the gang at Chesters. I swear you go anywhere else in Arizona and you have made a big mistake. I never believed I would be finally riding a motorcycle let alone that beautiful Softail that I fell in love with. "I would like to take this time to say a just a litte about this amazing dealership that were lucky to have here in Arizona. Over the years I have purchased at least fifteen to twenty new autos and motorcycles here in Arizona. I never have had the experience or the hospitality that I've recieved two times at Chester's Harley Davidson. There is not one dealer between all of the dealers I've ever worked with purchasing toys on wheels that even comes close to this one. It seems like every dealer here in Arizona is some sort of corporate dealer monopoly and only has one thing on their mind. "Be dishonest and get them for everything you can" My first experience at Chester's was awesome. From the sales guy Rick giving me the dealership tour, introducing me to pretty much the whole Chester's staff, never pushing me through the sale, to wanting me to do a few laps on the motorcycle safety course to make sure I got used to the bike before leaving with a big smile on my face. When I was looking for my first bike I didn't like any of the bikes on the showroom floor, so Rick took me back to the warehouse stock, brought five other ultra's out in the light and let me pick out the one I wanted. I live almost an hour away. When I got home that day from riding the bike home I got a call from Rick in sales to inform me that there was an oopsy and they forgot to install my gas cap when they filled my tank up. Rick felt so bad. Later that evening, A chester's employee dellivered that gas cap to me! I can't say enough about how this place goes out of there way just to make things right for the customer. During my second visit it was just the same. Called Roger in sales over the phone because I was low on time. Roger went out of his way to get the bike I wanted for me. He never pushed me through the sale even though the payments were going to me more than I wanted to pay each month. He even spoke with the general sales manager to get me the extra $500.00 instore credit put into the deal that was from a labor day special a week prior. They gave it to me. Everything that Roger told me over the phone was exactly what I read on the contract with nothing changed or hidden when I came in to finalize the deal. Then I went in to see Kathy at the finance desk. Wheat a pleasure. This nice lady really knows her stuff! Very friendly, explained everything in detail about the deal, to the extended warranty, to the prepaid maintenace program, to the extended HOG membership. Never once did she give me the feeling that all she cared about was me just buying these extras for my bike to make money. Everything was explained to me in major detail, professional manner and how I could take advantage of each program for my benefit. When I left that desk to bike delivery with Roger I felt as though I have a life long relationship with Chester's Harley Davidson. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Harley Davidson Motorcycle to stop by this dealership first before going anywhere else. I can promise you'll have the same experience that I've had. I would also like to mention that Carlos in the Parts Department is a pleasure to work with. Great attitude, very knowledgeable, and always going out of his way to make sure you get the parts you need with never any sales push! Awesome dealership is all I have to say..."

I took the Riders Edge course and ranked 2nd in my class on driving. With that said, it was only through my Instructor's teaching that I did so well. He gave me the confidence I needed to be a better driver overall. Not only am I on the Highway's driving in rush hour traffic after 2 weeks of having my license, but I'm a better driver in my vehicle. "I purchased 2 bikes from you guys, a 2000 heritage soft tail in aug 2009 and traded the bike in a month later for a 2010 heritage soft tail, the sales department was awesome. The sales woman bought me lunch with her own money and took care of me with both purchases! she made sure i had everything i needed! the parts department was great also, great customer service! between sales and parts service, chester's harley davidson was the only harley dealer i would spend money. i told every one about my experiences with chester's. a few months ago, i started having issues with the lighting on my bike, the front fender light was burning out, the selector switch on my tach was sticking and the left turn front lamp was burning out also. i can understand throwing parts at the bike the first time the light burns out, but the second and third time, you would think the tech or someone would say there is an issue here. the bike is still under warranty and the issue should be resolved before it starts coming out of my pocket. i bought and paid for a bike that was backed by harley davidson, if they didnt stand by the product they would not warranty the product. the bike is now going to spend a week in the shop, waiting on parts, and thats ok the problem is this is the third or fourth time the bike has been in the shop for this problem. another complaint is the fact that harley or chesters would not cover the cost of a rental bike. i have a 50 mile drive to work one way, the bike is my main means of transportation. this is rediculous. i bought a brand new motorcycle for this reason. and planned to buy a new bike when my 2 year factory warranty is up. i may need to look my options over. mike jackson was very helpful, the service manager seems courtious also but the gentleman i talked to today about the status of my bike has absolutely no personal skills. i tried to be as understanding as i could of the situation but with my mechanical background i can confidently say the service is unreal. i most likely would have been let go for turning out a customers machine that many times with the same problem. "

The customer service is so inviting and they give you their full attention if that is what you want. "I want to commend every Chester's employee on on their customer service skill. EVERY time I come in, I am pleasantly greeted by all employees.
I use a little test that immediately shows me how to rate customer service. I'll walk in in flip flops and a warmup suit, not typical jeans, boots, etc. Other dealer's employees ignore me. You passed that test long ago.
Last weekend, I finished a wonderful 7100 mile rental trip on your Ultra Classic. Pam made the entire rental experience enjoyable. It is the second time I've rented a bike from your dealership and will continue. When it's time to buy, your dealership is the ONLY choice because of your faithfully outstanding customer service. "In March 2008, we were 8 people from the Isar Valley Chapter Bavaria in AZ and Chester had ordered the machines. As we are well clothed, and took our machine in reception, began our 3 week tour. After completion and return of the machines, we can only the best and most optimal to the service and the sale, saying the staff at Chester. Since 2011, we again want to do a tour, we will make sure the rental of the HD back there. Sorry, we write in German, but our English is sufficient only for simple entertainment. Way to go, can only be recommended.

"Chester's . . . what a great place! Now that my kids are finally grown up and on their own, I bought my '08 Anniversary Edition Ultra "the durcell" from "T" back in October. I had checked out a few other Valley Harley dealers before getting a call from Chester's and there is a big difference in the way the sales staff treat you. Let me tell you if your shopping for an Harley check with "T" or one of her assoaciates first.
My Ultra is a lot of bike to handle safely so since October I've participated in 2 of the MSF courses; Skills Practice & Skills Plus Riders Course thru Chesters, thank you again to Mark and the coaches Mike & Mike (not the guys on ESPN). Also numerous visits to the very helpful Parts Counter, go there and you'll find out first hand you don't always have to be buying something to get first rate answers to your questions and/or parts problems. You can tell these guys love their jobs by there attitude. I have to say the Service Dept is equally as heipful, I've had a few issues and items installed which needed "authorized HD Techs" due to warranty issue and maybe my skill level. If you can I'd recommend waiting for the service work rather than just dropping your bike off because the staff at Chester's always makes you feel at home in the store and let's face it, there's all those new and used Harleys to look at, custom parts to check out, and so much more along with the free hot coffee and bottled ice water. Even though the power was out in the store, it was attended to and I left within an hour. "We have made several Fly&Ride rentals at different dealerships in the US, but none has matched Chester's. Their professional and very corteous people make Chester's an outstanding experience. In 2007 we had the (bad) idea of renting at a dealership in Colorado where they happened to miss the tires' condition before renting. After a week we discovered that the rear tire had no tread left, so we stopped at Chester's where we had rented in the last years. Immediately they understood the situation and changed the tire at no cost and with no hassle (Fly&Ride). In particular, Kelly Murphy was the man who took care of us all the time in a wonderful way: he even fixed a nearby motel for the night while the tire was changed. Thanks to him and the other people at Chester's we could continue our vacation without trouble. No need to say that our next Fly&Ride rental will be at Chester's, the best dealership we have seen!"

"We met Jason socially away from his job at Chester's HD. We were very impressed with his whole demeanor. He was very sociable, eager to listen and talk about our new 2007 FLHT bike problems. Our 2007 FLHT gas gauge was not working right and the needle kept jumping all around the place. Jason suggested we bring the bike in and he would personally ensure it was thoroughly checked out and corrected even though we did not buy our bike from Chester's. We brought our bike in several days later to have the gas gauge checked out (which Jason told us was under warranty) and through discussion with Jason decided to add the race tuner, Screaming Eagle pipes and upgraded airflow system. Jason is truly an asset to Chester's HD. He shows genuine interest in his customers and their bikes and is not pushy to get you to buy anything. We ended up doing so because of his excellent communication skills and superior customer service. We will continue to give our loyalty to Chester's because of him and his service to us. He should be recognized by his supervisors for the excellent job he does!"

"On this eventful day I had every intention of test driving and buying a new Chevrolet Corvette Z06. As I neared Chester’s I decided to stop in and grab a gawk at the new 2008 Harleys. Well it didn’t take Chris Farney long to mosey on over and figure out that I was getting all worked-up over the 2008 silver and red Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic in the center of the show room. Time rolled by. Paperwork details were handled and One could have seen my grin from the north side of Country Club Street as I rolled away from Chester’s. The staff at Chester’s is very professional and customer sensitive. I’ll be returning for service and assorted Harley stuff. Can’t see getting more chrome to festoon the Screamin Eagle. The Harley factory has tastefully placed chrome everywhere chrome should go.
Early in the morning on the following Saturday after my purchase, I pulled up to a stoplight in Scottsdale. On my right a drop dead gorgeous brunette comes to a stop driving , you guessed it, 2007 Corvette Z06. She rolled down her window and complimented me on my taste in motorcycles. I returned the compliment about her vehicle. The light turned green and the Scottsdale Police officer behind us saw his opportunity to issue double speeding citations vanish as the Screamin Eagle and the Z06 leisurely pulled away on the green light.

Warranty work often takes a back seat to the "paying" customer at most shops, or at least that has been my experience. Gina made me feel that my work request was just as important to her as anyone else's work was. She treated me with courtesy and professionalism and my bike was repaired and ready to be picked up when she promised it. Her cheerful attitude and genuine concern for customer service is becoming an all too rare of a commodity in todays business world. Gina is to be commended.

"I purchased my first bike from Chester's in September of 2006. Since then I have moved to Atlanta, Georgia for a job change. Before I left AZ, Kelly Murphy told me that if I ever wanted to buy another bike I should call him and he would have it delivered to GA. Well....I didn't listen and what a mistake I made.
I bought anothe bike, an Ultra Classic, from Earl Smalls in Marietta, GA in March 2007. I have to say it was the absolute opposite experience from working with the great team at Chesters. The guys at Earl Small were unprofessional and horrible to work with. Had we not been so far along in the deal, I would have walked out.
The team at Chesters in Mesa is the real deal. You fully understand the value and importance of customer service and satisfaction. You should all be proud of how you treat customers and run your dealership.
No matter where I live, any Harley I buy in the future will be from Chesters. Great job guys!!!"

"I went to another Harley Dealership in the state, and had one of the worst experiences with pressure sales. A friend recommended Chesters after the experience and I am glad they did. Kelly Murphy was a person who cared about what my first experience was going to be on my first Harley, and made sure that the bike I bought fit me and my personality. He was able to keep my purchase within the guidelines I gave him(ok maybe a dollar or two more), but saved me over 5000 dollars on what the other dealership was charging, and kept me from being in the dog house with the old lady. I bought the bike last week, and can't get off of it(it is bike week here in AZ). On our very first visit, Kelly approached us right away and answered all of our questions honestly and professionally. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, something we didn't quite experience with the other dealerships. When we were ready to make our purchase, we had no doubts of going straight to Kelly. He welcomed us again like we were old friends. We told him what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend.
