I had to have complete faith in Chester's when they told me that the used V Rod Muscle that I was interested in purchasing was absolutely MINT. I took their word for it, purchased the bike and had it shipped to my home. They were absolutely 100% correct. It is beautiful!! "I have been meaning to write in for some time. I would like to recognize some service pros at Chester's. Kyle has consistantly exceeded expectations and gone above and beyond. John in Service has helped me when Kyle is off, and the service never skips a beat. Bill has shuttled me back and forth from home, when I drop off my bike. This service and his reliability are most appreciated. George in parts has always been knowledgable and helpful, every step of the way. Chris, in Previous owned sales, sold me the bike, my first Harley. He was a great introduction to the brand and Chester's service. Greg, also in P.O. sales, has helped me with questions and provided conversation when I've been milling around waiting for my bike. Shelly in Merch, is always friendly. I have had the pleasure of talking to every body that works there and can honestly say that i am not just a customer I am a part of a great family. Your team goes above and beyond and should be the backbone of how all H.D. dealerships should be run.I purchased my yellow road glide from Ronel on a Sunday late in the day. By the time I was done signing my paperwork Ronel had my bike ready to go for me because we were not done with everything until an hour and a half after hours.Recently my bike has had to come back to get some scratches taken out. When Ronel and Kat heard that i dropped it my phone was ringing even while they knew I couldn't answer while at work just to see how I was.When I brought the bike in EVERY one checked on me and told me about their own mishaps.
